1. The instant application has been filed by the applicant under Section 378(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short ‘Cr.P.C.’) seeking grant of leave to file appeal against the judgment of acquittal dated 07.06.2023, passed by the Court of learned Special Railways Magistrate, Ambala in Criminal complaint titled as State vs. Anuj Kumar, filed under Section 143 of the Railways Act, whereby the respondent/accused had been acquitted of the aforementioned offence.
