1. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners has stated that the representation dated 27.10.2025 (Annexure P5) was submitted before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran, but inadvertently, he has not been made party to the writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran, may be impleaded party as respondent No.6, in the writ petition.

2. In view of above mentioned oral request of learned counsel for the petitioners, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran, is hereby ordered to be impleaded in the present writ petition, as respondent No.6.

3. The instant petition has been filed by the petitioners for directions to the respondents No. 1 to 3 and 6 to protect their life and liberty from the respondents No.4 and 5.
