1. Petitioner Taranjit Singh has filed this criminal revision against impugned order dated 07.07.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, S.A.S. Nagar, vide which application filed by present petitioner/accused under Section 311 Cr.P.C. to recall the victim PW-1 for further cross-examination has been declined.

2. As per the facts of the case, on the statement of prosecutrix, FIR No.226 dated 12.07.2024 was registered under Sections 376, 506 of IPC at Police Station Derabassi, District S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali (Annexure P-1). Present petitioner is facing trial in the aforesaid FIR. During the pendency of the trial, present petitioner/accused filed application under Section 311 Cr.P.C. to recall the prosecutrix PW-1 for further cross-examination (Annexure P-3). Said application has been declined on merits vide impugned order date
