1. This is a revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 23.12.2021 (Annexure P-5) passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Gurugram, and order dated 27.01.2022 (Annexure P-9) passed by learned Additional District Judge, Narnaul, whereby application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 CPC and appeal dated 25.12.2021 have been dismissed.

2. On 13.09.2022, a coordinate Bench of this was pleased to pass the following order:
