1. Present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 01.09.2023 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Amritsar. Challenge is also to the order dated 04.10.2024 (Annexure P-5) passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Amritsar whereby an application for recalling of witness filed by the petitioner/defendant No.1 has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the present case, vide order dated 01.09.2023, PW1-Sanjeev Duggal was present and the case was sent to the Court Commissioner for recording of the evidence, and thereafter, on the same day, it was stated that the statement of the said witness has been fully recorded.
