FAO-1584-2022 Present appeal has been filed by claimants seeking enhancement of compensation of Rs.15,82,000/- awarded by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Palwal (hereinafter ‘the learned Tribunal’) vide Award dated 04.04.2018 passed in MACP No.75 dated 28.07.2017 filed under Section 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act (hereinafter “the Act”). The 4 claimants are the 30-year-old widow and 3 minor children of deceased Sunder son of Shri Kishan Lal, who was 31 years old at the time of accident.
