The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.159 dated 24.04.2024 registered under Sections 363 & 366 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 Police Station Butana, District Karnal.
