1. The petitioners have filed the present writ petition under Article

226/227 of the Constitution of India with the following prayers:-

To issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant the petitioners minimum of the Pay Scale i.e. Basic Pay + Dearness Allowance, in the Pay Band of Rs. 10300-34800+ 4200 Grade Pay along with DA (as revised from time to time), at par with their regular counterparts, instead of Fixed Consolidated Salary, from the date(s) of their initial contractual appointment(s) and its consequential arrears along with interest @18% per annum in ratio of law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in State of Punjab vs. Jagjit Singh 2016 SCT 641, as followed by the this Hon'ble Court vide its Common Judgment 25.11.2024 (P-4) [duly upheld by the Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide Judgment dated 23.07.2025 (P-9) as well as by the Hon'ble Supr
