1. The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 16.10.2024 (Annexure P-9) passed by respondent No.2 vide which the appeal preferred by the petitioner has been dismissed and order dated 02.09.2021 (Annexure P-6) passed by respondent No.3, whereby the arms licence of the petitioner was refused to be renewed and was cancelled, with a further prayer to direct the respondents to provisionally restore and renew the arms licence of the petitioner.
