is for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.38 dated 28.01.2021 under Sections 302, 201 and 34 IPC (201/34 IPC added later on)

registered at Police Station Pundri, District Kaithal.

2. The present FIR came to be registered at the instance of Gurpreet Singh and reads as under:-

Statement of Gurpreet Singh S/o Sh. Harbhajan Singh, R/o Tyontha road, Habri, Aged 46 years, Mob. No. 9996083004. Stated that he is residents of above said address and Lamberdar of Village Habri. He is an agriculturist. He was going for morning walk today at about 6:30 a.m as a daily routine. When he was going form Tyontha- Habri road and reached near the fields of Swaran Singh S/o Ranga Singh, R/o Village Habri, then he found that a dead body of an unknown person, aged about 50 yea
