Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.16 dated 14.03.2025, under Sections 329(3), 324(4), 305, 351(2) & 351(3) of the BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Nurmahal, District Jalandhar.
