1. The present petition is for quashing of the FIR No.0007 dated 02.11.2019, under Sections 323, 34, 354, 377, 406, 498-A & 506 of IPC registered at Police Station Women Police Station Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 29.08.2024 (Annexure P-2).

2. Keeping in view the fact that the parties entered into a compromise, this Court vide order dated 16.09.2025 directed the parties to appear before the Illaqa Magistrate/trial Court for getting their statements recorded in that regard.
