1. The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.117 dated 10.06.2025 registered under Sections 3 & 5 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 (for short ‘the

1956 Act’) at Police Station City Sangrur, District Sangrur.
