1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.473, dated 02.10.2021, registered under Sections 323, 406, 498-A of IPC (Section 354 IPC deleted and Section 406 IPC added lateron), at Police Station Thanesar Sadar, District Kurukshetra (Annexure P-1) and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom including final report dated 27.12.2021 (Annexure P-2), on the basis of compromise dated 31.01.2025 (Annexure P-3) arrived at between the parties.

2. Learned counsel for the parties submits that the present FIR may be quashed as the parties have amicably settled the dispute.
