1. By way of this common order, this Court intend to dispose of abovesaid two petitions as they have arisen out of the same FIR.

2. Petitioners have approached this Court by way of present petitions praying for granting them regular bail in case FIR No.383 dated 25.10.2024, under Sections 204, 205, 318(2), 318(4), 319 of BNS (Sections 61(2) of BNS added lateron), registered at Police Station Adampur, District Hisar.

3. Succinctly, the facts of the present case are that the police party, while on patrolling on 25.10.2024, received a secret information to the effect that some boys are travelling in two cars one white Corolla car bearing registration No.HR-26-BF-9774
