1. The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 523 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No.794 dated 06.12.2017 under Sections 323, 34, 354, 377, 406, 498-A, 506 of IPC (Section 354 of IPC deleted later on), registered at Police Station Sonipat City District Sonipat and all consequential proceedings arising threrefrom on the basis of compromise deed dated 20.11.2023 (Annexure P-3) arrived at between the parties.

Keeping in view the fact that the parties entered into a compromise, this Court vide order dated 14.01.2025 directed the parties to appear before the Illaqa Magistrate/trial Court for getting their statements recorded in that regard.
