1. The present petition has been preferred under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, assailing the impugned order dated 14.10.2025 (Annexure P-14), whereby the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Faridabad has declared the petitioner as a proclaimed person.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a complaint under Section 138 of the N.I. Act, 1881 bearing case No.NACT-2252-2022 was registered against the petitioner.

3. He further argued that petitioner was never served with any notice/warrant and learned Trial Court issued bailable/non bailable warrants against the petitioner during the period 24.11.2022 to 18.07.2023. His absence ultimately resulted in his being declared proclaimed person vide order dated 14.10.2025 (Annexure P-14).
