The present revision petition has been filed against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 23.04.2012 passed by the Special Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bathinda, in a complaint case bearing complaint file No.43 dated 12.01.2011 filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, whereby the petitioners were sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 01 year with a fine of Rs.500/- each and in default thereof, to further undergo RI for a period of 01 month.

2. Challenge is also to the dismissal of the appeal vide judgment dated 21.07.2014 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge, Bathinda.
