This is second petition for grant of bail filed by petitioner u/s 439 Cr.P.C., in case bearing FIR No.85 dated 13.03.2023 registered against him at Police Station Urban Estate, District Rohtak, for the commission of offences punishable u/s 120-B, 201, 202 of IPC. 47609-2024 was dismissed as withdrawn, vide order dated 25.02.2025.
