1. Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking regular bail in case FIR No.128 dated 07.08.2024, under Sections 21 and 22 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Garhshankar, District Hoshiarpur.

2. Vide order dated 08.08.2025, the petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court up to 08.10.2025, with a direction to surrender to the Jail on 09.10.2025 before 11:00 a.m., and the matter was listed for hearing on 08.10.2025.
