Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.39 dated 9.10.2025 under Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Sections 13(1)(b) and 13(2) of P.C. Act added later on), registered at Police Station ACB, Hisar, District Hisar.
