Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.5 dated 24.1.2025 under Sections 43, 66(C) of Information Technology Act, 2000, Sections 61(2), 316(2), 316(5), 318, 318(4), 336(3) and 338 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (Section 340(2) of BNS added later on) and Sections 7, 13(1)(A) read with Section 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, registered at Police Station ACB Faridabad, District Anti-Corruption Bureau, Haryana.
