1. Petitioners – Baljit Kaur and Amritpal Singh have filed this petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.0067 dated 13.05.2025, under Section 115(2), 74, 296, 351(2), 3(5) of BNS 2023 (Section 117(2) and 238 of BNS 2023 were added later on), registered at Police Station Bhargo Camp, District Police Commissionerate, Jalandhar.

2. As per facts of the case, prosecutrix ‘B.K.’ gave her statement that her husband Satnam Singh was to pay Rs.5,000/- to Kulwant Singh alias Laddi and for this reason he was making calls on the phone of her sister-in-law Rajni Bala. On the same day i.e. 09.05.2025 at about 7:00 PM she along with her husband Satnam Singh and younger son Amritpal Singh aged about 10 years went to Bajwa Dairy.
