1. By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No.239 dated 02.11.2024 under Sections 115, 190, 191(3) and 351 of BNS (later on Section 109(1), 110, 115(2), 117(2), 126, 126(2), 238, 351(2), 61(2) of BNS were added) registered at Police Station Barara, District Ambala.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that, as per the allegations, the petitioner along with co-accused allegedly inflicted injuries on the head of the complainant with iron rods and other weapons. However, it is stated that the head injuries were found to be simple in nature.
