1. Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.25 dated 5.9.2025 under Sections 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act (Section 13(1)B and 13(2) of PC Act added later on), registered at Police Station ACB, Faridabad, Anti Corruption Bureau, Haryana.

2. The case set up in the FIR in question (as set out in the present petition by the petitioner) is as follows:-

‘To, The SHO POLICE STATION Inspector Corruption Bureau Faridabad. Sir it is submitted that I complainant Gopal Siani s/o Shri Diwan Chand Saiani r/o House No.617 Jagdish Colony Ballabhgarh. I along with the owner of Mahalaxmi firm namely Agrasain Sharma have taken 4 liquor vends at Ashoka Enclave, Jatt Cho
