Petitioner Lovepreet Singh has filed petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.142 dated 13.11.2024 under Section 137(2), 87 and 60 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Sadar Patti, District Tarn Taran.

2. As per the facts of case, complainant ‘G S’ gave his statement that he is father of two children. His daughter ‘M K’ was studying in 10+2 at ITI College, Bhagwanpur. She was born on 22.12.2007. On the night of 06.11.2024, he along with the family went to sleep after dinner. He woke up at 11:30 p.m. and noticed that his daughter was not on her bed. They started searching for her at their own level and on inquiry, came to know that Roshanpreet Singh along with his brother Lovepreet Singh enticed aw
