The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.101 dated 04.10.2025, under Sections 82(1), 318(4), 336(2), 336(3), 337, 340(2) and 61(2) BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Garhdiwala, District Hoshiarpur.
