1. The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.101 dated 04.10.2025, under Sections 82(1), 318(4), 336(2), 336(3), 337, 340(2) and 61(2) BNS, 2023 (corresponding to Sections 494, 420, 465, 468, 466,471 and 120-B IPC), registered at Police Station Garhdiwala, District Hoshiarpur.

2. On 04.11.2025, this Court had passed the following order:-

“The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the fake marriage certificate alleged to be prepared by the petitioner to show him to be married with Lovedeep has not been used anywhere.

Adjourned to 14.01.2026.

In the meantime, the petitioner is directed to appear before the SHO/Investigating Officer to join investigation and in the event of his arrest, he shall be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds to the sat
