1. Petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.161 dated 18.03.2025 under Sections 323, 498-A, 506 of Indian Penal Code, Police Station Gharaunda District Karnal and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 31.05.2025.

2. On 15.10.2025, this Court directed the parties to appear before learned trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate for recording of their statements with regard to compromise dated 31.05.2025.

3. In compliance of the aforesaid order, parties appeared before 29.10.2025. Statement of Investigating Officer L/HC Manju Bala, No.212/KNL, Police Station Gharaunda, was recorded on 03.11.2025. submitted his report recording satisfaction that all the parties have entered into a valid compromise without any influence or coercion.
