1. Through the instant petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (For short “BNSS”), the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.132, dated 30.06.2024, registered under Sections 420, 406 IPC and Section 13 of the Punjab Travel Professionals (Regulation) Act, 2014, at Police Station Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur.

2. On 03.12.2025, following order was passed by this Court: -

“Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.132, dated 30.06.2024, registered under Sections 420, 406 IPC and Section 13 of the Punjab Travel Professionals (Regulation) Act, 2014, at Police Station Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur.

Brief facts as per the prosecution case are that the petitioner along with co-accused cheated the complainant-
