The jurisdiction of this Court under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 has been invoked for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 0671 dated 10.11.2024 under Sections 3(5) and 80 of BNS, 2023 (Section 3(5) of BNS 2023 has been deleted later on) registered at Police Station Gharaunda, District Karnal.
