Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.0031 dated 26.05.2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 21, 25, 27(a) 29 of the NDPS Act at Police Station State Special Operations Cell, District Intelligence Wind (CID), Amritsar.

2. The gravamen of the FIR in question pertains to recovery of commercial quantity of Heroin alongwith an amount of Rs.42,00,000/-.
