The instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, seeking quashing of FIR no.19 dated 24.02.2022, registered under Sections 379-B, 323, 295-A, 506, 148, 149 IPC and Section 66(E) of Information Technology Act, at Police Station Dugri, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana, Annexure P-1, and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, in view of the compromise, dated 11.11.2025, Annexure P-3, entered into between the petitioners and the complainant to settle their disputes in question.
