The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the order dated 06.06.2024 passed by the Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of Haryana, Cooperation Department, Haryana (Annexure P-1) and also the order dated 16.08.2023 (Annexure P-20) passed by learned Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Haryana.
