1. Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.59 dated 13.04.2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 21, 22, 27-A and 29 of the NDPS Act, Section 25 of the Arms Act and Section 111 (2) of the BNS, 2023 and Section 21-B, 22-C of NDPS Act (added later on) at Police Station Kot Ise Khan, District Moga.

2. As per the prosecution version, on receipt of a specific and credible secret information, ASI Balwinder Singh along with the police party held barricading at bridge drain, Kot Ise Khan.
