Petitioner-Gurjit Singh has filed this petition under Article 226

Constitution of India seeking writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the

order dated 19.10.2022 (Annexure P-6), passed by Appellate Authority

Maintenance-cum-District Magistrate, whereby the order dated 16.08.2022

(Annexure P-4) passed by the Maintenance Tribunal reversing the transfer

of title of immovable property by respondent No.3-father in favour of

petitioner-son, was affirmed.
