1. This is a revision petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 03.01.2026 passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bawal whereby an application filed under Order 7 Rule 11(d) read with Section 151 of CPC has been dismissed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in the present case, the petitioners, who have been proceeded against ex-parte, had moved an application for setting aside the ex-parte order and vide order dated 17.02.2025, the said application was disposed of with the observations that the petitioners can join the proceedings of the case from the stage where it has reached i.e., final arguments.
