The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanita, 2023 seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No. 586 dated 29.07.2025, under Section 108 of BNS, registered at Police Station Sadar Hisar (Annexure P-1).

2. The case set up in the FIR in question (as set out in the present petition by the petitioner) is as follows:-

“Statement of Ramchander son of Dalip Singh, resident of Dobhi, District Hisar, aged 34 years, stated that I am a resident of the above- mentioned address and I work as a furniture maker. Today, on dated 29.07.2025, my uncle (Tauji) passed away due to illness. My children had gone to school in the morning. Around 9:00 AM, I asked my wife Rajbala to go to my uncle's house, to which she replied that you should go ahead and she would follow behind with her Devrani-Jethani.
