The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanita, 2023 seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No. 94 dated 10.07.2025, under Sections 64, 115(2) BNS and Section 3(2), 4 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Mallanwala District Ferozepur (Annexure P-1).

2. The case set up in the FIR in question (as set out in the present petition by the petitioner) is as follows:-

“I am the resident of the above mentioned address and I am studying in 10th Class in Government School Malluwaliye. We are four brothers and sisters i.e. three sisters and one brother.
