1. The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of an appropriate writ or order in the nature of certiorari for quashing the show cause notice dated 28.01.2026 (Annexure P-7) against the mandate of Constitution of India. Further praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing to stay the operation of show cause notice (Annexure P-7).

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the primary grievance of the petitioner is that, despite directions issued by this Court in CWP-36607-2025, titled as Mukesh Kumar Versus State of Haryana and others, decided on 08.12.2025, the petitioner was granted only three days’ time to submit a reply to the fresh show cause notice dated 28.01.2026 (Annexure P-7).
