1. Petitioner Karamjit Kaur has filed petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 0033 dated 29.03.2025 under Section 10, 11 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006 (later on offence under Section 4 and 6 of POCSO Act and Section 64 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 added)

registered at Police Station Sadar Moga, District Moga.

2. Brief facts of the case are, complainant ‘PS’ gave his statement that he is a married man having four children. He was having matrimonial dispute with his wife on account of her relationship with one Baljit Singh. About one and a half years ago, his wife and children shifted to parental house in village Salina. Said Baljit Singh, his wife ‘SK’, father-
