1. This first petition for anticipatory bail has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No. 569 dated 13.11.2025 lodged in Police Station Bhiwani City, District Bhiwani, Haryana for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 308(5) and 111 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, hereinafter being referred to as “BNS” only.

2. The above mentioned FIR came into being on the statement of ‘Nikunj’, hereinafter being referred to as “complainant” only. It was stated by the complainant that on 13.11.2025 at about 04.13 P.M. he received a call from mobile No. 3519243726424 wherein the caller identified himself as a member of ‘Mahender Saharan’ and ‘Rohit Godara’ gang.
