The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No. 314 dated 02.6.2023, under Section 376 and 406 IPC (Sections 323, 506 and 34 IPC were deleted later on), registered at Police Station Sonipat City, District Sonipat and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom including the challan dated 20.4.2023 (Annexure P-2).
