The instant petition under Section 483(3) of BNSS has been filed seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.2 vide impugned order dated 05.12.2024, passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Fast Track Special Court, Patiala in case FIR No.184 dated 17.10.2024 under Sections 376, 506 and 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station, Sadar Nabha, District Patiala.
