The instant one is the second petition as filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of anticipatory bail in case arising out of FIR No.337 dated 29.11.2024 registered under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 471 and 120-B of IPC at Police Station Sohana, District SAS Nagar (Mohali). Their first petition had been dismissed by this Court on

22.12.2025 by making the following observations:-
