1. Order dated 06.02.2026 of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, SAS Nagar, declining prayer of the petitioner to travel abroad has been assailed by way of this petition under Section 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was accused in FIR No.79 dated 27.05.2024, which was at investigation stage and challan was yet to be presented. He further submits that petitioner was employed as Product Manager in Oceaneering International, Inc. and was required to visit abroad in connection with his official duties. He had been invited to visit Head Office of the company in Houstan, Texas, USA to participate in a workshop from 14.02.2026 to 05.03.2026 and the tickets were also booked by the company. He further submits that application for permission to travel abroad and release of passport was moved before learned Judicial
