The prayer in this third petition under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 is for the grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.31 dated 28.03.2024 under Sections 22(b), 29 and later on added Section 22(c) of the NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station City Nakodar, District Jalandhar.

2. The brief facts of the case are that the recovery of 200 loose intoxicating tablets were effected from Jaswinder Kaur and 500 intoxicating tablets from Jasbir Singh who happened to be husband and wife. They disclosed the name of their son-Jatinder Singh @ Sunny (petitioner) on the basis of which he was nominated as an accused in the present case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner had been falsely implicated in the present case. He contends that the name of the petitioner figured in the disclosure statement of his co-accused/Ja
