1. Prayer in the present petition is for setting aside of the impugned order dated 19.05.2025, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sri Muktsar Sahib, whereby, bail of the petitioner was cancelled and bail bonds were forfeited to the State and non-bailable warrants have been issued against him in a case FIR No.141 dated 11.08.2023 under Section 22(b) of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station City Malout, District Shri Muktsar Sahib.

2. It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He submits that the petitioner was granted regular bail by learned trial Court on 12.10.2023 and since then, he was regularly appearing before the trial Court. He submits that as the petitioner was lodged in Jail in another case, he could not appear before the Court and on account of the same, his bail was cancelled and his b
