1. The present petition has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner under Section 483 of BNSS 2023 for grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.92 dated 28.07.2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2) of BNS 2023, at Police Station Cybercrime, Chandigarh.

2. The gravamen of the case reflects that the instant FIR has been registered on the complaint of complainant-Yogesh Kumar, who alleged that he had availed a business loan from Home Credit Company for a period of five years. It is alleged that he subsequently received a call from mobile number 9026634340, wherein the caller introduced himself as an executive of Home Credit Company and informed the complainant that in order to modify the loan repayment tenure, he was required to first clear the outstanding loan amount.
