Through the instant petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (For short “BNSS”), the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 106 dated 25.08.2024 under Sections 21-B, 27-A, 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, 2023, registered at Police Station City Patti, District Tarn Taran.
